Retreat with us at Home this Spring!
Since we cannot hold our beloved Kenmare retreats this Spring, we offer you a little taste of the retreat experience at home!
Invoke the magic of our retreats from your own home this spring with a morning online workshop.
Clear some space and take time out to spring clean your mind and body! This will be a session of pure rejuvenation, a chance to process and shed what is no longer needed and boost our energy for the weeks to come.
The morning will be held via Zoom video conferencing and will include
Meditation, Gentle Yoga Flow, Restorative Yoga and finish with a blissful Yoga Nidra.
Just like a real retreat experience this workshop session will only be available live.
Join Claire ( and Rupee!) at 10am with a cup of tea or coffee as we get settled and chat while we set up.
What you need for this morning of spring rejuvenation!
– Ideally a quiet space where you wont be disturbed (if possible!)
– 2 blocks or stacks of books
– 2/3 pillows or a bolster
– 2 cushions
– 2/3 blankets
– eye pillow or scarf
– To make the most of the session and help me to guide you effectively I encourage you to turn on your camera and set up your device so I can see your mat.
