How does it work?

Each package includes 4 pre-recorded online classes available to access online anytime that suits you.

Easy to access, you simply open the password protected link included in your booking confirmation that allows you to

watch & replay the videos as often as you like.

There are 4 packages available,  Gentle Yoga, Ready to Flow, Relax & De-Stress or Recharge Sessions. 

10 minute Rest & Reset

Here is a short opportunity to slow down, release tension and soothe your body and mind and b.r.e.a.t.h.e.

The first time you do this, allow a bit of extra time for setting up, the pose itself begins at around the 7 minute mark and is guided for 10 mins.

I show you one way to do this without props in the introduction but I do encourage you to gather the following

  • 2- 4 blankets
  • 1 large firm cushion/bolster or 2 pillows
  • A eye pillow, or something to cover your eyes
