Prana Yoga Retreats Ltd – Booking Terms & Conditions
- Residential Retreats – Client Cancellation
The following terms apply to all residential and non residential retreat packages
Deposits
A deposit is required to initially secure your booking.
Deposits paid are non-refundable. Any remaining balance must be paid in full at the latest, 6 weeks (retreats in Ireland) or 8 weeks (retreats held abroad) prior to the retreat commencement. You will receive an email reminder and an online invoice to the address provided with your booking.
We do not guarantee your place if full payment has not been received 6/8 weeks prior to the retreat commencement and any deposit made remains non-refundable.
Ireland
In the event a client cancels up to 6 weeks before the retreat commencement then they may opt to transfer their booking to a future retreat date.
At 6 weeks to the retreat commencement the deposit remains non-refundable and also becomes non-transferable.
Poland & Spain
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable
Fully Paid Bookings
Ireland
Client cancellations made between 6-4 weeks before retreat commencement are non-refundable but are transferable after deduction of deposit element (€150/€200 as applicable)
Client cancellations made less than 4 weeks before retreat commencement are non-refundable and non-transferable in all cases.
Poland & Spain
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable
While we are deeply sympathetic to those who have may unforeseeably have to cancel at short notice, due to the nature of the events we run these policies must be enforced and we cannot offer refunds or transfer dates on cancelled bookings regardless of personal circumstances such as illness or injury or other personal events.
The above cancellation policies apply to all reasons for client cancellation of residential retreats.
- Day Events and Workshops – Client Cancellation
Day Retreats & Workshops are payable in full at the time of booking.
All bookings received are non-refundable but can be transferred up to two weeks before the event.
Client cancellations made up to two weeks before the event may be transferable to another date or credited against another event within 12 months.
Client cancellations made less than two weeks before the event are non refundable and non transferable.
While we are deeply sympathetic to those who have may unforeseeably have to cancel at short notice, due to the nature of the events we run, we cannot offer refunds or transfer dates regardless of personal circumstances such as illness or injury or other personal events.
The above cancellation policies apply to all reasons for client cancellation.
Day event bookings may be transferred to another participant at any stage.
- Online Workshops & Retreats
Client cancellation for online events are non-refundable in all circumstance.
- Covid-19
In the event that Prana Yoga Retreats Limited cancels an event or retreat due to government restrictions, health & safety concerns or any other advisory, you will be immediately informed via the email address provided when booking and offered a full refund or transfer.
Should the client cancel a retreat booking or have to leave a retreat for covid-19 related reasons, the standard client cancellation policies will apply as set out in sections 1-3 above.
