Join us on Zoom at 10am with a cup of tea or coffee as we chat and settle in.

This session will be live and recorded and available for replay for one month.

What you need for this morning of renewal:

– Ideally a quiet space where you wont be disturbed (if possible!)
– a mat.
– 2 blocks or stacks of books
– 2/3 pillows or a bolster
– 2 cushions
– 2/3 blankets
– eye pillow
