You’ll start with meditation or Yoga Nidra, followed by a silent break where you’re free to reflect, journal, or step into the fresh morning air.

Every class is crafted with care by Claire, Senior Yoga & Relaxation Teacher. She ensures ir is accessible to beginners, supportive for those with injuries, and enriching for seasoned practitioners. It’s a space where everyone feels seen, held, and welcomed exactly as they are.
