Since we cannot hold our beloved Kenmare retreats this autumn, we offer you a little taste of the retreat experience at home!
Practice the autumnal art of letting go…..
Invoke the magic of our retreats from your own home with this cosy afternoon online workshop.
As we edge into this period of darker and longer evenings let us embrace the changing seasons and practice the autumnal art of letting go.
This 2.5 hr session will be full of intentional grounding and mindful movements to calm and bring deep ease to the body and mind.
We will move and breathe and then settle into deeply nourishing restorative yoga postures and finishing with a blissful yoga nidra.
Join Claire ( and Rupee!) with a cup of tea or coffee as we get settled and chat while we set up.
What you need for this soul nourishing after of grounding and rest:
– Ideally a quiet space where you wont be disturbed (if possible!)
– 2 blocks or stacks of books
– 2/3 pillows or a bolster
– 2 cushions
– 2/3 blankets
– eye pillow
Optional but recommended: Your favourite candles, incense, oils, hot water bottle, Pjs or whatever makes you comfortable!
